NFL Week 16 Saturday

Quarterbacks

Looking into our Match-Up Tool, you can see Tom Brady has the best Match-Up, on paper, for QBs as the Detroit Lions’ defense gives up the most amount of FPPG to opposing QBs. The Bucs are currently a -10 point favorite with an Over/Under of 54. With all of Brady’s passing options are healthy and good to go, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him have a MASSIVE day and lead a lot of people to the promised land. On the flip side of this, if playing DFS, you could throw in Stafford and pair with Marvin Jones Jr or Cephus and hope they are down a ton and have to throw the ball 50+ times.

Runningbacks

Digging into the RBs we see that the Lions also give up the most amount of FP to opposing RBs. With Jones out again with Covid, Fournette is the go-to guy. He could be vultured by Ke-Shawn Vaughn or LeSean McCoy but they haven’t been super effective this year. I still think you’re going to get exactly what you expect out of Fournette. With the Raiders giving up the 2nd most amount of FP that leads us straight to Gaskin and Ahmed. I’m not 100% sure how Gaskin will go coming off Covid as it can affect people differently. Hopefully, we don’t get told Gaskin is starting and then BAM we get Edwards-Helaired and he doesn’t touch the ball once.

Wide Receivers

As stated above with the QB situation, the Lions are bad at football this year. That gives us hope to use both Brady and his WRs. Per ProFootballTalk’s article, Mike Evans is only 221 yards from an All-Time Record, and Bruce Arians is very aware. Does this mean anything for Fantasy Football Championship week? It could. He could be in store for a massive game and we need to take advantage of that as well when you are choosing either your Season-Long lineups, or your DFS lineup builds. On the flip side of this coin, with the Bucs giving up the 2nd most amount of FPPG to opposing WRs and Detroit being 10 point underdogs, the Lions WRs could put up some numbers. I LOVE both Jones Jr and Cephus to give us some TDs this Saturday.

Tight Ends

Along the lines of taking a look at the Bucs/Lions game, TJ Hockenson has the best match-up for TEs. Gesicki currently is a GTD so that scares me a bit but maybe the news will drop soon.

NFL DFS LINEUP

You can find the new and improved lineups here: NFL LINEUPS We are very proud to bring you tons of great info and lineups each week!

REMEMBER: These are lineups we use, but feel free to pick and choose plays and make your own lineups. Don’t ALWAYS follow these as they don’t hit 100% of the time. We do use these but sometimes late scratches happen and it’s too late to update the lineup. Good luck and bring home the bacon.
