MMA DFS UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs Volkov

Austin Hubbard (+150) vs Max Rohskopf (-185)
It’s crazy to think that Rohskopf has only been fighting since 2018 and making his UFC debut on 6 days notice. 6 Days notice and I still feel extremely confident that he will absolutely dominate Hubbard in this match up. I absolutely love him to get a ton of FP for us given his price on both sites.
Winner – Max Rohskopf via Submission

Roxanne Modafferi (-125) vs Lauren Murphy (-105)

Looking at this on paper, I won’t have much actual exposure to either of these fighters in DFS and just can’t see either fighter being in the big GPP-winning lineup. I see no reason to even look in their direction.

Winner – Lauren Murphy via Decision

Justin Jaynes vs Frank Camacho

With Jaynes taking this fight with only 2 days notice, and making his UFC debut, I don’t like him at all in this. You can’t even find this match-up over at Bovada to bet on. Camacho is just overall better prepared and I think an absolutely LOCK this weekend at his nice price tag.

Winner – Frank Camacho via T/KO

Cortney Casey (-105) vs Gillian Robertson (-125)

I’m extremely interested in this fight for the FP, especially on DraftKings. Casey is a great Jiu-Jitsu fighter and if she can get Robertson on the ground, could spell trouble. I honestly could see both of these fighters get 100+ FP each and be in that Optimal lineup for you this weekend. I will be building a GPP lineup with both of these ladies in there, but I’ll be building multiple GPP lineups this weekend.

Winner – Cortney Casey via Decision

Marc-Andre Barriault (-110) vs Oskar Piechota (-120)

Piechota has lost 3 straight fights and hasn’t seen the end of a fight in any of those. He also has been known to have less than stellar cardio and if this match goes too long, you could see him tire out and get knocked out. Barriault on the other hand is on the verge of being cut as he has lost his first three fights in the UFC. If I were to play one of these guys in DFS I probably would go with Barriault, but that would be in a contrarian GPP and I doubt I would be betting on them at all. This could honestly come down to either fighter as both have been just terrible.

Winner- Marc-Andre Barriault via T/KO

Tecia Torres (+175) vs Brianna Van Buren (-225)

These little firecrackers coming in at 5 ft and 5 ft 1. Van Buren is coming into this fight being 4 years younger than Torres and should be able to dominate this fight. While Torres hasn’t fought in 10 months, Brianna comes in having fought 11 months ago as well. Van Buren is a fantastic wrestler and if this gets on the mat, it could spell all but over for Torres and possibly end her UFC career.

Winner – Brianna Van Buren via Decision

Clay Guida (+200) vs Boby Green (-260)

If you follow them on social media you’ll know that both of these guys have talked so much shit to each other for many years now. This fight was supposed to happen way back in 2018 but never happened. Green is a great wrestler/grappler and hits extremely hard. The good thing about him is he is quick on his feet and can move his head as fast as anyone so it’ll be hard for him to get knocked out. It’s weird, but Green gets better in the 3rd round as opposed to the first two due to his cardio and stamina. Guida on the other hand is 38 years old and his last fight over a year ago ended in less than a minute. I just don’t see how Guida can even make this a decent fight nor come out on top and wont’ be surprised if Green knocks him out.

Winner- Bobby Green via T/KO
