Really love Kershaw here. The Reds have hit a skid in the dropping bomb every game department and Kershaw has had success against them as you can see above. In 53 PA he has a 41.5 K% and that’s exactly what we need. It’s a nice day game for us at Chavez ravine.

I mean do I even have to do a write up here? He’s absolutely SHOVING and has back to back games with 15 Ks. I’m not saying he’ll get 15 again, but I mean I’ve seen weirder things happen. He’s THE PICK of the night for cash.

This is more of a GPP-only play for me on this slate. While he’s had success against them before, they are still a good hitting team. Matz comes into this game with a 4-0 record, 2.31 ERA and 25 Ks. He is coming off of his worst start of the year against TB where he gave up 3 ERs in 5 innings but did strike out 7. If he could give us 6 innings and 5+ Ks I would enjoy paying down for him while others are paying up for deGrom or Kershaw.

He is coming off his worst start in a LONG time last Friday night. In that game he pitched 6 innings but did give up 5 earned runs against the Blue Jays but struck out 10 in that game. He only has 7 total ERs this season and I like his match-up against the A’s. It makes it even better that it’s in this awful “stadium” in Tampa. I won’t be surprised to see Glasnow go 6 inning and 7+ Ks again.

REMEMBER: These are lineups we use, but feel free to pick and choose plays and make your own lineups. Don’t ALWAYS follow these as they don’t hit 100% of the time. We do use these but sometimes late scratches happen and it’s too late to update the lineup. Good luck and bring home the bacon.
