Teddy Bridgewater QB

ESPN fantasy ownership: 0.2%

Week 2 stats: 165 passing yards — 7.1 fantasy points

Brees will be out for the foreseeable future, Teddy brings in the run option as well so could open up Thomas and Kamara for big games if the defenses have to worry about the run more than they did with Brees.

Raheem Mostert, RB

ESPN fantasy ownership: 10.6%

Week 2 stats: 83 rushing yards, three receptions, 68 receiving yards, one touchdown — 24.1 fantasy points

Mostert made the most of his opportunities on Sunday but could wind up seeing his role diminished once Tevin Coleman returns after the team’s Week 4 bye. That said, if you need a running back for Week 3, Mostert has undoubtedly earned his way into more touches.

Jaylen Samuels, RB

ESPN fantasy ownership: 26%

Week 2 stats: 18 rushing yards, one reception, 18 receiving yards — 4.1 fantasy points

This is more of an insurance policy. James Conner limped off the field but was able to come back in the game. In case he’s a GTD or he’s out, handcuff him now since Big Ben is out the rest of the season, we’re still not sold on Rudolph yet.

Demarcus Robinson, WR

ESPN fantasy ownership: 1%

Week 2 stats: Six receptions, 172 receiving yards, two touchdowns — 35.2 fantasy points

We know that Mahomes is special, and with Hill being out multiple weeks, we’re going to see a ton of targets to other WRs. Nobody was on Watkins in week 1 and everyone was on him in week 2. Nobody was in on Robinson in week 2 and he went off. He’s going to be a great addition to your bench this week.

Josh Allen, QB

ESPN fantasy ownership: 28.1%

Week 2 stats: 253 passing yards, one passing touchdown, one rushing touchdown — 22.2 fantasy points

Allen was one of just seven quarterbacks to clear 20 fantasy points in Week 2. The Bills will play five of their next six games at home and will get to face off against the tanking Miami Dolphins twice between now and Week 11. He gives you the ability to hit some deep targets or you can get some rushing TDs as well.

Deebo Samuel, WR

ESPN fantasy ownership: 13.2%

Week 2 stats: Five receptions, 87 receiving yards, one touchdown — 20.4 fantasy points

Deebo didn’t do much in Week 1 but he was Garrapolo’s number 1 target in week 2. If the run game is on and the the passing game is on against the Steelers in week 3, I could see Deebo having a terrific outing yet again.

DK Metcalf, WR

ESPN fantasy ownership: 65.7%

Week 2 stats: Three receptions, 61 receiving yards, one touchdown — 15.1 fantasy points

Everyone is focused on Tyler Lockett since Doug Baldwin retired but my God, Metcalf is a freak of nature. If they start double teaming Lockett due to him being the fast/deep threat, that could open up Metcalf and I haven’t seen him being rostered on very many DFS lineups.

REMEMBER: These are lineups we use, but feel free to pick and choose plays and make your own lineups. Don’t ALWAYS follow these as they don’t hit 100% of the time. We do use these but sometimes late scratches happen and it’s too late to update the lineup. Good luck and bring home the bacon.
