Offseason Acquisitions

Kansas City also signed a handful of versatile players in Orlando Brown, Joe Thuney, Kyle Long, and Austin Blythe – each of them has experience at multiple positions along the offensive line, which was the pivotal area that the Chiefs really struggled down the stretch and then was exposed in the Super Bowl.

Final Thoughts:

As I’ve broken down in the above video, you really can’t go wrong with most of these Chief players in your season-long drafts. CEH should build on a fantastic rookie campaign and Mecole Hardman is in a prime spot to take the next step in his career and could see an uptick in targets and receptions with the departure of Sammy Watkins. Looking at the division, and barring any major injuries, I believe KC will go 15-2 or possibly 14-3 if Aaron Rodgers goes back to the Packers this season. The Chiefs should easily run away with the AFC West again, and won’t be surprised to see the Chiefs’ Nation back in the big game in February.
